Required Experience
- 3–5+ years of BIM/VDC coordination experience in the Mechanical trades.
- Hands-on experience leading 3D coordination efforts.
- Experience on Hospitals, Laboratories, Central Utility Plants (CUP), and Large Institutional projects.
- Strong field experience resolving mechanical clashes and coordination issues.
- Experience in all three disciplines:
- Sheet Metal
- Mechanical Piping

Responsibilities
- Produce mechanical layouts using project specifications.
- Create fabrication and spool drawings for shop and field installation.
- Develop and maintain coordination drawings.
- Perform clash detection and resolve field coordination issues.
- Coordinate HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Process Systems, and Plumbing installations.
- Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
