SUMMARY
This position is responsible for planning professional development opportunities for Child Care ResourceReferral Staff, as well as supporting the CCR&R System leadership team and committees. This position provides customer service, technical assistance, material distribution, and data entry support as it relates to Illinois Trainers Network (ITN) Trainers, Registry Trainers and Trainings, and CCR&R Work Days and Events.

CCR&R Staff Training Days / CCR&R Professional Development Day / PINQ
-
Identify training needs for all contract required CCR&R Staff positions using results of annual needs assessment, email requests, and ongoing dialogue with CCR&R committees
-
Identify and contract with consultants, trainers and speakers for events, as necessary
-
Support the CCR&R System Leadership Team and Committees with ongoing work and committee recommendations
-
Facilitate communication between IDEC and CCR&R staff
-
Development and creation of the fiscal calendar of work days and professional development opportunities for CCR&R staff
-
Manage registration and communication with target audience for each event
-
Project research and development of agendas, activities, and professional development opportunities for work days and training events
-
Update and maintain materials and resources on One Drive for contracted CCR&R staff positions
-
Completion of data entry for all work days and events
-
Maintain distribution lists for contracted CCR&R positions
Registry-Approved Trainers and Trainings
-
Manage the Registry Trainer and Training Program
-
Review, revise, and recommend policy changes as appropriate
-
Update and maintain website and trainer resources
-
Review trainer and/or training applications for final approval
Illinois Trainers Network (ITN) Trainer and Trainings
-
Provide technical assistance to CCR&R Training Coordinators and ITN trainers regarding ITN policies and procedures
-
Data entry for ITN trainings in DTP
-
Scan and save ITN documents in Contentverse
-
Onsite inventory management of ITN training materials
- Distribution of training materials and resources for trainings offered by ITN
-
Assist with training event registration and logistics as needed
Other Duties as Assigned may include but are not limited to:

Assist Training Administration Manger with project management
-
Review and maintain internal operations manual

Attend conferences as required to promote the Registry and assist members in receiving professional development credit.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong customer service skills and technical assistance skills
-
Detail oriented with the ability to manage several projects
-
Strong capacity to accurately enter large volumes of data
-
Strong knowledge of DTP and how quality assurance pieces are linked to data entry
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOutlook
This position has no supervisory duties.
Work is accomplished with moderate supervision. Follows established and detailed directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
Use of computer, phone, printer and basic office equipment. Operating systems include/but not limited to: Outlook, email, SLACK, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs etc.; Microsoft
Office software; Specific training provided on INCCRRA's Data Tracking Program.
Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Any additional language skills are a plus.
