Job Type: Full-time (minimum 35 clients per week) | Part-time (minimum 15 clients per week)
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist)
- Experience as Speech Language Pathologist with children (birth to 3 years old) or with experience in communication (speech/language) or swallowing (eating/drinking) disorders or delays that would impact communication or feeding
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy services to children (birth to age 3) in their natural environments (home or daycare)
- Conduct initial evaluations/assessments, six-month reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with Early Intervention requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals
- Monitor progress and adjust goals and interventions as needed
- Create and utilize play-based curriculum to support communication development
- Educate and empower families through home education programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies, State and Federal regulations, and professional standards
