Assisting the clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, shopping for food/supplies, light housekeeping, assisting with transferring client, lifting client, and providing transportation to and from medical appointments or place needed for your clients health & safety. Maintaining daily progress notes. Working rotating schedules (to include weekends/holidays) when needed. Be willing and able to be called in to cover a shift if necessary.
