Duties
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas to promote a healthy environment for animals
- Feed, water, and monitor the health status of pets according to established protocols
- Assist with daily exercise routines, playtime, and socialization activities to keep animals active and happy
- Observe animals for signs of illness or distress and report any concerns promptly to veterinary staff or management
- Maintain accurate records of animal care, behavior, and medical needs
- Support pet owners during check-in and check-out processes with friendly, professional service
- Assist with inventory management of supplies such as food, cleaning products, and medical items
Requirements
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting animals and cleaning equipment comfortably
- Reliable personal transportation assistance may be needed for errands or supply runs
- A compassionate attitude combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in errand assistance or managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
