As a Paper-Based LSAT Test Proctor, you will oversee the end-to-end administration of LSAT exams, ensuring all test materials are handled securely and that testing procedures are followed exactly. You will manage timing, monitor compliance, and maintain a distraction-free environment while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned test takers.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable enforcing structured processes. Must have previous Proctor experience.

Compensation:
$20/hourly $80-$200 per day depending on hours worked (4-hour daily minimum)
Travel Stipend: Up to $15/day
Duties
- Oversee the entire testing session, ensuring adherence to standardized testing protocols and procedures
- Verify test-taker identities and distribute testing materials accurately and securely
- Monitor test-takers throughout the exam to prevent misconduct, cheating, or disruptions
- Operate video conferencing systems or other digital platforms used for remote or hybrid testing formats
- Assist test-takers with technical issues or questions related to test procedures while maintaining confidentiality
- Enforce strict security measures to protect exam content and maintain test integrity
- Complete detailed reports on testing activities, incidents, and irregularities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and thorough
Skills
- Proven experience in standardized test administration or proctoring, especially with high-stakes exams like the LSAT
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during testing sessions
- Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and effective interaction with test-takers and team members
- Knowledge of record keeping for reporting purposes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience working with students or adult learners in educational settings or classroom environments
- Exceptional customer service skills to support test-takers before, during, and after exams
