Overview
St. Andrews Marina is seeking a reliable, hardworking Marina Attendant to support daily dock operations and deliver a top-tier experience. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys being on the water, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced marina environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist boaters with docking, tie-ups, and departures in a safe and professional manner.
- Provide fuel services, including proper fueling procedures and spill prevention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of docks, marina grounds, restrooms, and common areas.
- Monitor marina activity and report any safety, security, or maintenance issues.
- Ensure all marina rules and safety protocols are followed by guests and tenants.
- Deliver exceptional customer service- be approachable, helpful and proactive.
- Assist with maintenance tasks and general upkeep of all facilities.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks safely.
Qualifications
- Previous Marina or boating experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor (handling lines, walking docks, etc.)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
