Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of condos, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces to meet Airbnb standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation practices by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas regularly.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing to ensure a spotless environment.
- Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained properly.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with guests or property managers when needed.
- Assist with light cooking or food preparation if required to enhance guest comfort during their stay.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure all cleaning procedures comply with health regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping management.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and upholstery maintenance.
- Experience with laundry operations and handling linens efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking experience, carpet cleaning expertise, custodial experience, or prior work in hospitality environments such as hotels or vacation rentals.
