Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and answer phones.
- Maintain accurate medical records and process payments.
- Support doctors and technicians while keeping the front desk running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and veterinary software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Passion for providing outstanding care to pets and their families.
