A well-established, mission-driven family services organization serving children and families in Queens is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead its Behavioral Health Program. What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative supervision to a team of behavioral health providers
- Attend and support weekly case conferences alongside your team
- Assign and monitor caseloads to ensure balanced, effective coverage
- Review and co-sign clinical documentation, including progress notes, intakes, reassessments, evaluations, treatment plans, and court reports
- Serve as a liaison between medical staff, program leadership, and the case planning team to coordinate wraparound care
- Contribute to program development and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- Offer direct psychotherapeutic support as needed
- Complete supervisory and case-related documentation in a timely manner
What You Bring:
- LCSW licensure in New York State (required)
- Master's degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited university
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience delivering direct services to children, youth, and families
- Solid clinical skills along with strong oral and written communication and program evaluation abilities
- Working knowledge of trauma-informed intervention approaches
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, though not required
- Ability to pass required New York State background checks (child abuse registry, sex offender registry, fingerprinting, and related clearances) and complete mandated reporter training
