Prolink is partnered with a well established and family owned company in Florence, KY that is seeking a Shift Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on working manager role. If you want a long term stable position with room to grow, we want to talk to you!

Pay:
$30- $37/hr (Based on years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment)
Environment:
- Well kept, tidy chemical manufacturing plant
- Room to work and not crowded

Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years prior leadership experience
- Must have 5+ years hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience
- Good computer and people skills
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Must have: 3 phase, 480v, conveyors, pneumatics, industrial manufacturing, electrical and mechanical repairs, PLC troubleshooting, VFD's preferred
