Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Toast.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, especially in nightlife or nightclub environments.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure costumers food orders are ready on time.
- Handle basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management to support efficient operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender for at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast ( Will be trained if needed )
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing purposes.
- Previous banquet experience or retail math skills are considered advantageous.
- Hospitality background with experience in brewing or food industry settings is preferred.
