We are seeking a skilled and motivated Home Remodeler to transform residential spaces into beautiful, functional environments that meet our clients’ visions. As a Home Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of renovation projects, from minor updates to major overhauls, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help homeowners realize their dream homes through precise installation, renovation, and construction techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, bringing creativity and technical skill together to deliver exceptional results.
Duties
- Interpret and follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to execute remodeling projects effectively.
- Install windows, doors, flooring, tile, cabinets, trim carpentry, and other building materials with precision and care.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform carpentry, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and other building material installations.
- Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed to ensure functionality and compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage outdoor work tasks such as siding installation, window replacement, and exterior finishing projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure remodeling projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols on all construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or related fields with a strong background in building construction techniques.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, tile cutters, and other relevant equipment.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, window installation, door hanging, flooring installation, and cabinet setup.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for outdoor or large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital tools for managing construction documents is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards during all phases of remodeling work.
- Excellent outdoor work experience with the ability to handle various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
- Effective communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating with team members or clients.
