Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wheel alignments on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles
- Inspect steering and suspension components for wear and damage
- Diagnose alignment issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Adjust axles, camber, caster, and toe settings to manufacturer specifications
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Operate alignment machines and other diagnostic equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding needed repairs
Skills / Requirements:
- Previous experience with heavy truck alignments preferred
- Strong knowledge of steering and suspension systems
- Ability to use alignment equipment and diagnostic tools
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
