Job Description:
Morristown Junior-Senior High School is seeking a temporary substitute Agriculture teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The start date for this position is October 18th, 2026.
Job Qualifications:
- Prior teaching experience and/or background in agriculture preferred
- Knowledge of best practices to meet the individual needs of students at a variety of skill levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators
- Able to make data-informed decisions that will build upon each child’s area of strengths and needs
- Ability to incorporate technology effectively to support learning and instruction
- Other characteristics include: highly organized, strong communication skills, and self-motivated
Job Requirements:
Certification/License: Valid Indiana teaching license or substitute teaching license
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field preferred
