Responsibilities:

Work with buyer and seller leads.

Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.

Manage incoming inquiries and convert opportunities.

Market and list residential properties.

Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire Real Estate License (required).

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of Manchester / Southern NH market (preferred).
