Lumé Haus by CornerstoneMD is a luxury, physician-supervised medical spa located in Houston's Upper Kirby district. Under the medical oversight of Dr. Louis Gilbert, MD, we deliver precision aesthetic treatments in a high-end, clinical environment. We are growing and looking for an experienced injector who shares our commitment to artistry, safety, and exceptional patient experiences.
The Role
We are seeking a licensed, experienced aesthetician with strong hands-on experience with clients of all ages and skin typea. This is a hourly plus tips (and bonus) position — ideal for someone who is confident in their ability to build and retain a loyal patient clientele.
What You'll Do
- Familiar with Circadia products
- Administer chemical peels, dermaplaning, red light therapy and Microneedling with a microneedling pen
- Conduct facial balancing consultations and individualized treatment plans
- Complete thorough pre-treatment consultations including facial analysis, medical history review, and informed consent
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through follow-up and excellent care
- Uphold strict safety protocols under physician oversight
- Collaborate with Medical Director and the Lumé Haus clinical team
- Deliver a premium patient experience consistent with the Lumé Haus brand

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas license to perform aesthetic ttreatments (Esthetician with proper certifications )
- Demonstrated clinical experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers — this is not a training role
- Sales and Marketing experience in the skincare field is preferred
- Ability to work with high-end clientele and deliver a luxury-level patient experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a part-time hourly position
Schedule
- 2-5 days per week
- Occasional Saturday mornings based on patient demand
- Flexibility to expand as the practice grows
Compensation
- Hourly par-time pay plus times and performance based bonuses
