Call Center Agent
Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Aurora, IL is looking for enthusiastic, clear-communicating, and detail-oriented Call Center Agents to join our Guest Services team. As the primary point of contact for phone inquiries, you will represent the Sky Zone brand by delivering friendly, helpful, and efficient support to our guests.
Whether assisting parents with booking a birthday party, answering questions about park hours, or reaching out to confirm group reservation details, your role is crucial in creating an exceptional experience before guests even step foot in our facility.
Training will be provided, previous call center experience is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Customer Support
- Answer inbound calls with a professional, welcoming, and energetic tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding park hours, pricing, jump packages, party packages, glow nights, and active promotions.
- Guide guests through event planning, detailing birthday party options, corporate packages, and group outing logistics.
- Process new ticket purchases and event reservations using our internal booking software.
Booking Management & Outbound Communications
- Place proactive outbound calls to guests to confirm upcoming party and event bookings.
- Gather missing booking information (e.g., guest counts, food/beverage selections, waiver statuses) prior to event dates.
- Send follow-up emails or schedule updates as required for complex group bookings.
Issue Resolution & Guest Advocacy
- Address and resolve customer questions, booking changes, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts in a calm, helpful manner.
- Escalations: Efficiently direct complex guest concerns or management-level issues to park supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain clear notes in customer accounts regarding modifications, special requests, or resolved issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, engaging phone presence.
- Customer-First Orientation: Strong active listening skills and a genuine desire to help guests have a fun, stress-free experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software
- Location & Reliability: Must be able to reliably commute daily to our Aurora, IL location (this is a strictly in-person role).
- Availability: Flexibility to work a schedule that includes peak phone volume hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
