Qualifications -

Bachelor Degree in Technology related field.

Provide on-site technical support to students and staff by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting district technology systems, including computers, mobile devices, peripherals, classroom technology, and basic network connectivity.

Ensure timely resolution of work orders to minimize instructional disruption and support district instructional and operational goals.

Working knowledge of device setup and support across macOS, iPadOS, Windows, and ChromeOS

Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common educational software.
