Security Officer Access Control
As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a professional technology-focused location.

Greet employees, visitors, and vendors, assist with sign-in processes, issue access credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.

Answer questions, provide directions, manage incoming calls and/or visitor inquiries, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding front desk activity and security-related concerns.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and support badge control, package handling, and other reception-related duties according to site policies.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
