The Orange County Lingual Institute is seeking a full-time Assistant Director. This individual will be on-site during operating hours, Monday through Thursday 10am to 9pm (with break from 2:30pm to 4:30pm) & Friday 10am to 2pm.
Our growing company needs a reliable, friendly, and organized full-time Assistant Director to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills. Job Description:
- Daily routine tasks for the school
- Enrolling students over the phone, processing registrations, collecting and recording revenue
- Managing class schedules and teacher relationships
- Explaining class content, teaching strategies, student competence levels and school policies to prospective and current students.
- Well-versed with content creation & social media/email marketing platforms (e.g. Canva, Instagram, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc. )
Experience:
- Administrative/Marketing experience preferred
- Some foreign language experience preferred
- Leadership & management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred

School Description:
The Orange County Lingual Institute is a unique, unparalleled private language school offering high quality instruction in over twenty languages.
During each eight-week term, many language classes are offered at all levels, beginning through advanced, using high quality university textbooks and curricula. Small classes of no more than ten students meet once a week for 80 minutes and are taught by professional, native speaker instructors. Both day and evening classes are offered with the majority in the evenings Monday through Thursday.
