What You Will Do:
- Welcome Guests: Greet every client with genuine warmth, a professional presence, and high energy.
- Master the Phone: Handle incoming inquiries with a confident, helpful, and upbeat tone.
- Proactive Outreach: Make outgoing relationship calls to follow up on quotes and actively book appointments.
- Manage the Lobby: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for waiting clients.
- Translate Tech: Clearly communicate vehicle needs to clients (we will train you completely on the technical side).
What We Are Looking For:
- Hospitality or Sales Background: Prior experience in high-end retail, hotel front desks, wireless sales, or premium customer service.
- Dynamic Energy: A naturally upbeat personality that builds instant trust with people.
- Phone Confidence: Zero hesitation when making outbound calls to past clients or leads.
