Summary
As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Utilizing your core skills in POS systems and food handling, along with premium skills like time management and customer service, you will enhance the overall dining experience. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be vital in meeting our guests' needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using Square POS System.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and a timely delivery of meals.
- Handle cash and process payments, maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience with Square or the ability to quickly learn a new POS system.
- Strong customer service and food handling skills
- Previous experience in the food service and restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash register operation and sales transactions
- 18+, must be able to serve alcohol
Flexible hours, employee meal, GREAT TIPS and hourly pay. You can make $25-40 / hour on average per shift.
