The Field Resource Coach & Coordinator (“FRCC”) supports the Director of Field Operations by mentoring, coaching, and developing field personnel to support their professional growth and career advancement. This role is responsible for coaching, training, recruiting, and retaining team members while fostering strong engagement across field operations. The FRCC plays a key role in expanding training opportunities, enhancing employee development, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and overall field performance.
Required Skills, Education and Experience

Build Relationships/Retain/Recruit to continually improve communication as well as help select good candidates to join our team

Field Schedule Coordination; manage requests for assignments by knowing team members skills, needs of each assignment and identify gaps for future projects

Mentor/Coach/Engage; providing ongoing mentoring and coaching/training to develop team members, conduct performance feedback, identify and participate in conversations where corrective conversations and/or disciplinary action are needed

Career Path Development; assess knowledge, skills & abilities or current team members, assist with crafting and performing training programs, recognize potential in team members and help guide their growth & development

Work alongside and offer guidance to new and developing superintendents on the administrative basics, scheduling & logistics issues, subcontractor complexities, problem solving, etc.

Quality Control; ensure Lantz's quality of work meets or exceeds our standards and identify trends of poor quality or workmanship

Have ability to conduct demonstrations and instruction for the trades Lantz self-performs

Competent in various computer applications (e.g., MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, Procore, Bluebeam)
