Qualifications
ABA experience is required.
Coverage Responsibilities – Edison, Morristown & Union Center Assignments
Floaters assigned to Edison, Morristown, and Union must be available to travel between all three locations as needed.
These centers are approximately 25–35 minutes apart, and flexibility to work at any of the three locations is required to maintain guaranteed hours.
Provide direct ABA services to clients whenever Behavior Technician coverage is needed.
Ensure continuity of care by stepping into cases when a scheduled BT is unavailable.
Administrative & Center Support Responsibilities
When client coverage is not needed, Floaters will support center operations by:
Assisting therapists with client supervision during breaks
Preparing treatment materials and session supplies
Supporting administrative and organizational tasks
Assisting with daily center operations as directed by leadership
Providing general support to the clinical and administrative teams
Attendance & Availability Expectations
To maintain guaranteed hours, employees must:
Be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Be willing to accept coverage assignments within Edison, Morristown, and Union
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Employees in this position are guaranteed 30 hours per week. Additional hours may be available when client coverage needs exceed 30 hours per week.
Please note: This role is intended to provide dependable coverage for our clients and centers. Employees who call out more than two times in a month may be subject to reassignment from the Floater position, and guaranteed hours may no longer be available.
Summer Position Notice
This position is intended specifically for the summer months and is expected to continue through the end of August. Individuals in this position may have the opportunity to be assigned clients during the school year (beginning in September); however, continued hours are not guaranteed beyond the summer assignment.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
