Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services that foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. Your expertise will help shape our organizational culture, support talent development, and manage employee relations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Duties
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and training & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing along with our accounting team, and handle workers' compensation claims with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards such as OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and project management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Foster positive employee relations through conflict management, effective communication skills, and employee engagement activities.
Skills
- MUST have previous HR experience
- Job is onsite. Please DO NOT apply if not located in Florida
- MUST speak Spanish
- Extensive knowledge of human resources management practices including talent management, workforce management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency with HR sourcing tools; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment laws including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Demonstrated project management abilities with experience in organization design, performance management systems, and training & development programs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and leadership levels; adept at social media management for employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
