Job Description
- Work closely with experienced attorneys to guide personal injury clients through the life of the case, from intake and investigation through litigation, settlement, and trial preparation.
- Manage a busy plaintiff-side personal injury caseload while staying organized, responsive, and proactive.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, court documents, deposition materials, and trial preparation materials.
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy across a variety of personal injury matters.
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties involved in each case.
- Help maintain strong client relationships by keeping clients informed, supported, and confident throughout the litigation process.
- Prioritize deadlines, court appearances, document preparation, and case needs in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required.
- Active license to practice law in New York required.
- 1+ years of New York plaintiff-side personal injury experience required.
- Experience with motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical negligence, product liability, wrongful death, or related injury matters preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, communication, and case management skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and handle a high-volume litigation caseload.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with case management systems preferred.
- Filevine experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
