Position Summary
As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining service to our residents and guests while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will play a vital role in enhancing our residents' quality of life through meaningful interactions and outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure resident satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Set and clear dining room tables before and after meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with special events, parties, and community functions
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful connections
