Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 + TIPS ($2-$6 per hour) Pay including tips: $14.50-$18.50
