Maintain and repair equipment such as trucks, trailers, mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, aerators, trenchers, and snow plows.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks including engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and wheel balancing.

Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.

Source and order necessary parts and materials.

Identify root causes of major repairs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with management and field personnel to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.

Demonstrate ethical behavior and promote company culture.

Comply with company policies and procedures.

Supply and maintain personal tools for the job.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic knowledge of equipment operations such as skid steer, loader, and snow plow truck.

Ability to read and understand instructions, write legible reports, and communicate effectively.

Capability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Physical ability to work in confined spaces, lift up to 100 pounds, and endure various weather conditions.

Must be able to operate a cell phone.
