What You'll Do as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Infection Preventionist:
- Support the Director of Nursing with clinical operations and leadership & ensure compliance with all regulations
- Lead infection prevention and control initiatives
- Develop staff education and competency programs
- Monitor quality measures and clinical outcomes
- Assist with staffing, surveys, and quality improvement efforts & provide support to residents, families and staff
- Participate in an every third weekend supervisor rotation
What We're Looking For in the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Infection Preventionist:
- Current Pennsylvania RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Infection prevention experience preferred
