- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting
- Monitor project financial performance and forecasting
- Support preconstruction and client relationship efforts
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout project execution
