Our line cooks prep, cook & plate our entire menu. Our kitchen is broken down into four primary stations: fry, saute, grill & pizza and everyone works together as a unified team. We have an open kitchen so beyond the obvious required kitchen skills, cleanliness, orderliness, calm communication & the willingness to work as part of a team to help each other out are all essential. We put out a high volume of quality meals for a smaller restaurant & all work very hard to maintain our well earned excellent reputation. Job Requirements : Minimum one year line cooking with quality ingredients coupled with plenty of energy & enthusiasm to do a consistently excellent job. Reliable transportation, punctuality & the desire to both learn from & share with others what you may know. This is typically a full time position & availability for both days & evenings for weekdays & weekends is necessary.
Job Compensation : We offer very good wages based upon your experience / skill level coupled with your efforts which typically range from $17 / hour - $23 / hour. We offer full time, year round employment with over time often available.
