We are looking for a talented Auto Mechanic to join our company. You will be responsible for inspecting customer vehicles, diagnosing problems with the engine or other systems, perform routine maintenance, and complete necessary repairs. Candidates with more than one year of mechanic experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, so you must be passionate about giving our customers the best repair experience possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Examine cars based on customer requests or concerns
· Perform basic maintenance, including changing engine oil, rotating tires, and checking fluid levels
· Repair or replace worn parts and systems, such as spark plugs, wheel bearings, brake pads, fuel systems, sensors, exhaust, steering & suspension
· Identify mechanical and electrical problems with both manual and computerized diagnostic equipment
· Perform repairs thoroughly and accurately
· Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license
· Basic computer skills required
· Strong communication skills
· Physical strength and stamina, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds
The position is full-time, hourly, 8am-5pm, M-F. Benefits available.
Pay based on skill and experience.
