Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) — join a CARF-accredited mental health treatment team providing IOP and PHP levels of care in Burlingame. From $80,000/year, full-time or contract, with 401(k), dental, and paid time off.
What you'll do
Carry an individual caseload of adolescent and adult clients — individual, group, and family therapy in a structured, high-acuity setting. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, build treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and document in the EHR. Collaborate daily with psychiatrists, medical staff, and program leadership; provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when clients present with acute needs.
What you need
Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) in good standing; Master's degree or higher in MFT, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Two+ years post-licensure experience preferred; higher-level-of-care experience (IOP/PHP/residential/inpatient) a plus. Bilingual abilities and EHR experience welcome.
