What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of professional experience in a skilled trade
- Hands-on experience in electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, welding, carpentry, construction, or a related trade
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematics, plans, or technical documentation
- Experience using professional trade tools, equipment, and materials
- A commitment to quality, safety, and professional standards
- Experience working independently and as part of a professional team
- Trade licenses, certifications, journeyman/master credentials, or supervisory experience are a plus

- Annual earning opportunities of $70,000-$90,000+, depending on shift and position
