Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to prospect new clients through community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.
- Stay informed about insurance regulations, product updates, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings preferred.
- Knowledge of property & casualty insurance products.
- Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and CRM system proficiency for client management.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring coverage options effectively.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; additional benefits administration experience is a plus.
