We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our Marietta branch and help deliver the exceptional service our customers have come to expect.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, industrial supply, or wholesale distribution who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and helping contractors complete projects successfully.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and grow customer accounts.
- Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and follow projects from quote through completion.
- Recommend stocked and special-order products that meet customer specifications and project requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and follow-up.
- Research products, pricing, and availability to deliver the best solutions for customers.
- Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist Counter Sales during busy periods as needed.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in product training and industry events to stay current on products and building requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, industrial, building materials, or related industries
- Business-to-business sales or account management experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Experience with Epicor Eclipse software
