Thriving semiconductor electronics company is in need of a Customer Service Account Representative to support internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is positive, organized and energetic with good communication skills.
POSITION SUMMARY
The CSR will act as a liaison between Pure Wafer’s customers and all internal departments to ensure that total customer satisfaction is achieved. The CSR will also provide support to the Sales force by monitoring individual customer accounts within the assigned base and providing on-going feedback on key elements of Pure Wafer’s operations and material availability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pure Wafer-Customer Liaison, functions as the first line of communication for all logistic issues, scheduling, arranging conference calls where customer interaction is required
- Includes routine reporting, order status updates and shipment tracking based on the varying needs of Pure Wafer customers
- Logistics tracking, order entry, order balances, specification reviews;
- Requires an understanding of how Pure Wafer’s customer base purchases and utilizes our products and services as well as a sound understanding of Pure Wafer internal systems to be able to translate customer needs and specifications for internal use and vice versa.
- Working knowledge of the Sales Forecast Report (SFR)
- Routine attendance of scheduled meetings with an understanding of the most relevant details that could impact the customer
- Provide needed feedback to the Sales Team and customers as required on scheduling related issues
- Provide needed feedback to the Sales Team and customers as required on operations related issues
- Needed for adequate customer material and service support, requiring a basic understanding of the silicon product and the related services that Pure Wafer offers
- Provide needed feedback to the Sales Team and customers as required on materials/service related issues
- Travel less than 10%
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Smart, organized and extremely productive self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to effectively manage email communication, and ability to “pick up the phone” to resolve issues
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments without details falling through the cracks
- Strong drive for the “right” results
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with assigned customer accounts.
- Must be able to follow established policies and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements
- Ability to recognize problems, recommend and implement solutions
- Must be well organized and possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently
