Position Summary
Harmony Health is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to support elderly members in their home. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, and experienced working with seniors.
Schedule: Scheduled hours varies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, shopping, community access)
- Support individualized goals outlined in the ISP
- Monitor medications per company policy
- Provide transportation as needed
- Maintain documentation and daily notes
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence at all times
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Clear background check
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and dependable
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR certification a plus
