A respected Oakland law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting complex civil litigation defense matters and be skilled in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
Responsibilities:

Manage case files and litigation calendars

Draft, review, and file legal documents

Coordinate and track written discovery, document productions, and subpoenas

Assist with depositions, expert witness coordination, and trial preparation

Organize exhibits, trial binders, and case materials

Support attorneys in complex defense litigation matters
Qualifications:

5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience

Significant experience in complex civil litigation defense

Strong knowledge of discovery processes and document management

Extensive trial preparation experience required

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
