Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging after school activities and educational programs.
- Supervise and support students with homework and academic projects.
- Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
- Encourage social skills and teamwork through group activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
- Collaborate with other staff to enhance the overall student experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must Have Units in Early Childhood Development
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for education and commitment to student development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after school.
- Background check clearance required.
