We are currently looking for Sales Manager with catering and hotel group room sales experience to prospect and follow-up on sales leads; negotiate catering, meeting, and group room block contracts; detail events; and effectively communicate event details to our Operations departments.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience (catering sales experience required)
- Great customer service skills
- Previous experience in negotiating sales contracts
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- The ability to use independent judgment, as needed, to meet client and guest requests
- Knowledge of hotel food and beverage, meeting rooms, set-ups, audio visual equipment is a must
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the customer prior to and through service delivery
- Ability maximize morale, productivity, and efficiency in the workplace through the effective communication of event details
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for contract analysis.

Pay: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour
