Job Description
A luxury residential building in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a professional and experienced Doorman to provide exceptional service to residents and guests. The ideal candidate is courteous, reliable, and experienced in luxury residential buildings in Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Monitor and control building access to maintain security
- Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and general requests
- Maintain the lobby area and ensure a welcoming environment
- Communicate with building management and staff regarding resident needs
- Provide general assistance to residents and visitors as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concierge, doorman, hospitality, or a similar role
- Prior experience in Manhattan luxury residential buildings required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment
- Flexible availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Non union

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
