Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Floater to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating a 26 ft box truck who also enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and timely delivery of appliances while supporting warehouse operations and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities Delivery & Driving
- Safely operate a 26 ft box truck to deliver appliances to residential customers
- Load, transport, and unload products using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Verify delivery orders and ensure all items are accurate and accounted for
- Provide professional, timely, and courteous service at each delivery stop
- Assist with navigating routes and ensuring safe truck positioning at delivery locations
- Work closely with delivery helpers to complete installations and remove old appliances
- Assist with basic maintenance of appliances as needed.
Warehouse Support
- Load and unload delivery trucks into the warehouse
- Organize and stage appliances by product type for efficient access
- Assist with receiving inventory and preparing outgoing deliveries
- Pick and stage orders, including parts and accessories for delivery routes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
Requirements
- REQUIRED: Experience driving a 26 ft box truck (or similar commercial vehicle)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Valid DOT Medical card required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs with assistance/equipment)
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments preferred
- Familiarity with pallet jacks or material handling equipment is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful but not required
- Strong time management and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of large appliances
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and outdoor delivery environments

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
