What You'll Do
- Guide borrowers through purchase and refinance mortgage transactions
- Analyze borrower qualifications and recommend the best financing solutions
- Match clients with competitive mortgage products
- Manage the loan process from application through closing
- Build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Work alongside processors, underwriters, and operations to ensure smooth closings
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state mortgage regulations
What We're Looking For
- Active NMLS License (Required)
- Mortgage origination experience preferred
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Desire to continuously improve and increase production
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Compensation
Expected Earnings: $70,000 - $300,000+ annually
