Here’s how it works:
Show us proof of your current pay (recent settlement sheet, paystub).
We will match your current rate and add 2–5¢ per mile more (based on experience and lane).
This means you’ll always earn above your existing pay when you switch to ONE HOLDING.
Positions Available
TEAM OTR Drivers
- Earn up to $1 per mile (with 2+ year experience) PAY DIFFERS for lower experience Drivers
- Up to $3,500 per week including bonuses
TEAM Dedicated Lane Drivers
- Earn up to $0.90 per mile (based on experience)
SOLO OTR Drivers
- Earn up to $0.67 per mile (based on experience)
- Limited openings – most freight is TEAM-based for safety and efficiency
SOLO Dedicated Lane Drivers
- Earn up to $0.65 per mile (based on experience)
- Limited openings – most freight is TEAM-based for safety and efficiency
OWNER OPERATORS – Dedicated Routes
- 12% dispatch fee only
- $0 weekly fees
- Fuel discounts + plate program

1099 Position only
Bonuses:
- Weekly Pay
- No Violation Level 1 Inspection Bonus: $500
- Referral Bonus: up to $250 per driver
- Loyalty Bonus: $5,000 after 104 weeks
Qualifications:
- 3 Month of Verifiable Experience to be TEAM DRIVER
- Solo must have 2 year plus expereince
- No DUI or Reckless Driving
- Max 2 reportable accidents
- Valid DOT medical card
- Able to pass Road and Drug tests
