Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing apartment units for new residents by completing interior repairs, painting, flooring, etc. We service multiple properties through out Phoenix and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned tasks on vacant units to make-ready
- Interior painting (prep, full units, touch ups)
- Resurface countertops and cabinets (kitchen & bathroom)
- Install and repair flooring (vinyl,carpet,tile)
- Minor repairs in units (fixtures, cabinets, doors, etc.)
- Ensure units are move-in ready and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and residents to provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and work performed.
Requirements:
- +18 years old
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation required
- Handy man Experience 1+ year
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
