Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects of high-rise buidlings , ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Duties:
- Able to read the plans: Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and being able to navigate these plans for coordination with other trades.
- He must know how to do the rough in stage: Installation of ventilation, wall caps, duct work: Fiberglass/Metal/Flex, line set, copper,
- He must know how to navigate submittals for installing correct product and installation details and must have enough knowledge to not have to rely on the installer’s knowledge only.
- He must have common sense to navigate through the job schedules to make sure schedule is correct and if not, to be able to point out why.
- He must know how to navigate the trim stage and plan correctly for it. (requesting equipment in time, grills, and all trim related materials.)
- Person must have a rudimentary knowledge of technology to be able to use email effectively so that he can communicate effectively to GC’s and the office.
