This position will assist department attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, compiling case materials, drafting legal memorandums, and will work under supervisor of an attorney to support the legal processes efficiently.

Minimum Qualification
Currently enrolled in a Graduate School Program at an accredited college or university OR completion of at least two (2) semesters (or equivalent) of a graduate level program at an accredited college or university within the last two (2) years.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Employment is subject to a pre-employment background investigation and is conditional pending results.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an adult prison environment, which includes daily contact with inmates. Willingness to work in a correctional facility, may be required to work odd
weekends.
